Kasey Kahne Will Sell Tickets For Kansas Speedway

According to an official release, Kasey Kahne will be selling tickets at Kansas Speedway on May 16th.
Kahne’s schedule for the day includes a tour of the ticket office facilities, training on Kansas Speedway’s ticket sales procedures, and some on the job training.
“We’re excited that he’s joining our staff for the day,” speedway president Jeff Boerger said. “The ticket sales staff is the backbone of the racing community. Without them, tickets would go unsold and seats would be empty. We’ll need Kasey’s help that day as we look to sell out for a consecutive sixth time.”
Kasey will also be autographing every ticket he sell’s, which will make for a great keepsake. Kahne is also the featured driver on Kansas Speedway’s season tickets, and is also the defending Busch race winner as he edged out Greg Biffle last fall.
“I’m really looking forward to experiencing what goes on in this segment of our sport,” Kahne said. “When the drivers arrive at the track, this process is already complete. We see the thousands upon thousands of fans in the seats, but we didn’t see how they got there.
“It’s important to me as a driver to understand the ticket process and meet some of the people that make it happen. The fans are the foundation of our sport. I’ll have the opportunity to talk with some of those ordering tickets on May 16.”
