[thumb:173:r:s=1:l=x]The penalties are out from last weekend. On this weeks list is Kyle Busch (we saw that one coming), the #19 team, and a crew member of the #5 team as well.

Here’s the running list, published yesterday evening.

Kyle Busch: violation of Section 12-4-A (actions detrimental to stock car racing).
Fine: $50,000; 25 driver points; 25 owners points (Rick Hendrick).
This was for entering the racing surface without authorization and throwing an object at a competitors car.

The #19 Team: violation of Section 12-4-A, 12-4-Q (car, car parts, components and/or equipment used that do not conform to NASCAR rules) and Section 20-12.8.1A (roof height too low in post-race inspection).
Fine: Ted Andrews (Crew Chief) $35,000; Jeremy Mayfield, 25 driver points; Ray Evernham, 25 owners points.
It was not noted about what parts didn’t conform, only that the 19 was too low going through the sticks during post-race inspection.

Don Richardson (#5 crew-member): 12-4-A (actions detrimental to stock car racing).
Fine: $5,000.
Apparently for an improper use of a NASCAR credential, but it wasn’t stated in what fashion, or how they were improperly used.
